I originate the product thesis, set the direction, make the final decisions, and remain accountable for the result.

The current working team includes ChatGPT for research and product review, and Cursor for engineering and test execution. Professional judgment and authorization remain human wherever they are required.

A practical kind of curiosity

I tend to notice awkward process gaps, follow them farther than is reasonable, and eventually turn some of them into products.

    Start with the irritating exception.

    The useful idea is often hiding inside something everybody else has learned to accept.

    Build far enough to test the real behavior.

    A working product teaches more than a polished hypothesis.

  3. 03

    Earn trust in the details.

    Especially when a workflow touches legal, operational, financial, or personal information.
